Director Shareholding and Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it was informed on 2 June that, on that date, Richard Eldride and Peter Snell each purchased 625,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 0.58p per share.
Also, on that date, the Company agreed to issue 4,000,000 new ordinary shares to certain employees in lieu of remuneration at an effective price of 0.5p per share. Stig Keller, a director, has been issued 2,000,000 of these new ordinary shares.
The Company has also issued 800,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of share options.
Following these transactions, the shareholdings of the relevant directors in the Company are as follows:

Application will be made for the 4,800,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 9 June 2008.
Upon Admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, the Company's issued share capital shall consist of 496,393,384 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01 pence each, with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to cast one vote. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 496,393,384.
The number of Ordinary Shares quoted above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
