Nature Technology Solutions Limited05 February 2007 Nature Technology Solutions Limited ("Company") 2 February 2007 Appointment of Director Placing of 52 million new shares The Directors of Nature Technology Solutions Ltd are pleased to announce theappointment of Nigel Sandy as a Non-executive Director, with immediate effect.Nigel has a strong background in the waste and land aggregates sector, includinga previous role as Group Chief Executive of Waste Recycling Group prior to asuccessful sale of that group to private capital interests in July 2003. A placing of 52 million new Ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company hasalso been arranged at a price of 0.55p per share, to provide additional workingcapital principally for the Group's new 60% subsidiary, Northern Treatment AS,which is developing the appropriate staff and logistics necessary for deploymentof new Offshore Treatment Units (OTUs) in the Norwegian North Sea. Furtherannouncements with regard to deployment of the first operational unit will bemade following a number of discussions taking place with regard to future OTUoperations.
