Next 15 Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 53,665 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.
The Ordinary Shares are to be issued in respect of the acquisition of certain growth shares from management under the M Booth & Associates LLC Equity Incentive Plan.
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 13 June 2023.
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 99,289,068 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
