Next 15 announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 156,802 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.
The Ordinary Shares are to be issued as part consideration for the acquisition of Rush Ventures Corp, by the Company’s subsidiary Brandwidth Marketing Limited
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 24 October 2023.
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 99,822,146 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
