Disposal of BYND Ltd
Next 15 (AIM:NFG), the tech and data driven growth consultancy, today announces that, in line with its simplification strategy, it has agreed to dispose of its subsidiary, BYND Ltd ("Beyond") to Qodea Ltd. Beyond is a digital development business with a focus on clients using the Google Cloud platform and Qodea is a specialist Google Cloud development business backed by Marlin Equity Partners. The deal is expected to complete within 2 weeks.
Sam Knights, CEO of Next 15 commented: "The disposal of Beyond and Palladium, whose sale we recently announced, reflects our ongoing strategy to simplify Next 15 refocussing our organisation for the next phase of growth. I am also pleased that this deal represents a good outcome for the Beyond team."
