17 March 2015 Norman Broadbent plc ("Norman Broadbent" or "the Company" or "the Group") Board Changes The Company announces that Bruce Lakefield is retiring as a Non-ExecutiveDirector of the Company with effect from 17 March 2015. Bruce, who is aged 71and resident in the United States is reducing his activities overseas. JanCameron, who in addition to her role on the Board, has headed the Group'sinternal HR function on a part time basis, has indicated her intention to standdown from the Board with effect from 30 April 2015. As a result, the Board has taken the opportunity to streamline its reportingstructure with James Webber, Group CFO and COO leading the HR function with theGroup hiring a full time HR executive to take account of our changingrequirements. The Board is pleased that Jan has agreed to remain available as aconsultant to the Company. The Board wishes to express its gratitude to both Jan and Bruce for their yearsof service to the business. The Company continues to invest in and grow the services and offerings we aredelivering to clients. In order to accelerate this growth agenda, the Companyis focused on continuing to identify and recruit talented people at all levelsacross all of the Group's businesses.
