Expansion into Psychological Assessment Services
Norman Broadbent plc, a leading provider of executive search and leadership consultancy services is pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of Human Asset Development International Limited ("HADIL"), the established and highly-regarded provider of psychological assessment, talent audit, executive coaching and applied research services.
HADIL will remain separate from the executive search services provided by the Group in order to present an independent and objective consulting offering. The Board believes this is an appropriate alternative to the current trend for integrated services within the executive search market.
Andrew Garner, Group Chief Executive, Norman Broadbent plc said:
