Board Changes

The board (the "Board") of Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading London quoted Professional Services firm offering a diversified portfolio of integrated Leadership Acquisition & Advisory Services (Board & Leadership Search, Senior Interim Management, Research & Insight, Leadership Consulting & Assessment, and executive level Talent Solutions), announces that after more than 5 years with the Company, Mike Brennan, the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has resigned and will be leaving the Company and the Board effective immediately. Peter Searle, as Executive Chairman, will take over the day to day running of the business until a replacement CEO is found.

Mike Brennan, said: "I am immensely proud to have been part of Norman Broadbent over these past 5 years. The team has done an incredible job in helping me transform the business and its culture, and I have a huge amount of respect for them and their contribution. It has been an honour to have been their CEO. After 5 years in post, and as we come out of the pandemic and conditions begin to normalise, this seems a logical time to reflect on what the future holds for me." 

Peter Searle, Executive Chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mike for his valued contribution to the Group over the past 5 years, with particular recognition to his role in leading the business throughout the pandemic. We extend him all our best wishes for the future."
