Notice of Preliminary Results

As announced in the Circular published on 26 October 2017, Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, will announce its preliminary results for the twelve months ended 31 July 2017 following the completion of the Fundraising.

Conditional on the passing of the resolutions to be considered at the General Meeting on 14 November 2017, the preliminary results will be announced on Thursday 16 November 2017.

A briefing for analysts will be held at 08:30am on Thursday 16 November 2017 at the offices of Peel Hunt, Moor House, 120 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5ET.

Capitalised terms ("the Circular", "the Fundraising" and "General Meeting") are defined in the Circular published on 26 October 2017.
