AGM statement

At the Annual General Meeting of Nakama Group PLC, to be held today at 11.00am, Ken Ford, Non-Executive Chairman, will make the following statement:

"We recently announced the appointment of Rob Sheffield as Chief Executive.

Rob has begun a process of reviewing the business in its entirety to identify elements of the Group that need to evolve in order to allow us to succeed in a highly competitive and fast changing environment.

His focus will be on sales, operational and support teams with a view to making sure that the business is set to achieve our medium and long-term targets around growth & performance underpinned by an efficient core services structure.

The business will continue to pursue its strategy for expansion within the digital and technology sectors. "
