PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
On 23 September 2020, the Company purchased in the market 18,089 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 221.2815 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital comprises 143,211,471 Ordinary shares.
