AGM Statement

Steve Halbert, Chairman of NAHL (AIM: NAH),  the leading UK marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, will make the following statement at the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held today at 10am:

"NAHL's new financial year has commenced in line with expectations and the Group is performing as planned. Our Critical Care and Conveyancing divisions have continued to show good growth and remain well positioned to deliver further progress in the remainder of the year. As highlighted at our preliminary results, the Group has evolved its Personal Injury (PI) division to reflect the current uncertainties of anticipated regulatory changes following the Chancellor's Autumn Statement of November 2015.

While the Group still awaits the consultation on small claims, market uncertainty remains but the Group has a long history of adapting to regulatory changes. Our PI division continues to trade as planned.

We expect the Group to report continued progress in the six months to 30 June 2016."
