2 ergo Group plc01 December 2005 Immediate release 1 December 2005 2ergo Group plc ("the Group") The Group was notified on 1 December 2005 that Syncbeam Ltd is now thebeneficial owner of 1,685,530 ordinary shares in the Group, representingapproximately 5.85% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital ("the Shares"). Further, the Group was notified on 1 December 2005 that, as the majorshareholder of Syncbeam Ltd, Nigel Wray has a beneficial interest in the Shares. In addition, the Group was further notified on 1 December 2005 that The PrioryFoundation is now the beneficial owner of 147,059 ordinary shares in the Group,representing approximately 0.05% of the Shares.
