Holdings in the Company
2ergo announces that following the issue of shares pursuant to the acquisition by the Company of Broca plc, the Company was informed today that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries have a beneficial interest in 4,046,925 ordinary shares, representing 12.35% of the issued share capital of the Company. 3,864,580 (11.80%) of these shares are held directly and 182,345 (0.55%) are held indirectly.
In addition, following the above acquisition, the interests of the Directors of the Company have changed as noted below:
