Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, has become aware that on 20 May 2021, a total of 148 Ordinary Shares in the Company were sold on behalf of Nathan Imlach (PDMR) and Donna Imlach (Person closely associated with a PDMR). These share sales were made automatically without instruction from the above PDMR or Person closely associated with a PDMR to create liquidity to settle platform custody charges. As a result, Nathan Imlach and Donna Imlach currently hold, in aggregate, 121,124 Ordinary Shares in Mattioli Woods, representing 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
