Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated

As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 12 April 2021 the Company received notification from Link Market Services Limited ("Link") that Link allocated new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs of the Company as part of a standing election for the reinvestment of dividends, which were paid 26 March 2021, under The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan ("the plan").

Furthermore, on 12 April 2021 the Company received notification from Link that on 7 April 2021 Link allocated new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of Ashana Lindo under the plan following contributions made to the plan.

The allocation of shares as part of reinvestment of dividends was satisfied by the issuance of 7,350 new Ordinary Shares to the plan on 31 March 2021, and the allocation of employee contributions on 7 April 2021 was satisfied by the issuance of 8,300 new Ordinary Shares to the plan on 14 April 2021.
