Director Appointment
Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, is pleased to announce the appointment, as previously disclosed in our Trading Update of 14 July 2020, of Ravi Tara as Chief Financial Officer to the Board with immediate effect having received FCA regulatory approval for the appointment.
The appointments of Michael Wright and Iain McKenzie to the Board remain subject to regulatory approval.
