Director Resignation
Metals Exploration announces the resignation of Mr Jeremy Ayre as of Friday 7 April 2017 from his position as a non-executive director of Metals Exploration plc, due to a need to devote more time developing another business interest.
Jeremy has been a valued member of the board since his appointment on 7 March 2014 and the board would like to express its appreciation to him for his contribution over the last 3 years, and wishes him all the very best in his new venture. Jeremy remains a supportive shareholder of the Company.
