The following amendments have been made to the 'Director Dealings' announcement released on 22 June 2017 at 17.54 under RNS No 9517I.
In the PDMR dealing disclosure form, the period within which the options are exercisable should have been 3 April 2020 to 2 April 2027 rather than 3 April 2020 to 3 April 2030. All other details remain unchanged.

GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
On 8 June 2017, the Company granted an option, under the M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme, to each of Mr Tristan Price, the Chief Executive, and Mr Matthew Coulson, the Finance Director, to subscribe respectively for 16,347 and 8,333 ordinary shares in the Company at a nil cost exercise price. These options are exercisable at any time between 3 April 2020 and 2 April 2027.
