Molins PLC25 January 2008 MOLINS PLC- BOARD Molins PLC, the international specialist engineering group, announces thathaving regard to the planned retirement of Peter Byrom as Chairman of Molins PLCat the end of January next year and in order to facilitate the transition, DickHunter, a director of the Company since 2004, is appointed Chief Executive witheffect from today and a new non-executive director will be appointed with a viewto succeeding Mr Byrom as non-executive Chairman next year. The Company expects to announce its results for the year to 31 December 2007 on29 February 2008.
