Update re Directorate Change

Further to the 12 July 2017 announcement, the Board of Molins PLC announces that David Cowen has today formally stepped down as a director of Molins PLC and any relevant subsidiary undertakings and, as previously notified, will leave the Company on 30 September 2017. Jim Haughey, whose appointment as Group Finance Director was also announced on 12 July 2017, is now expected to start on or around 2 October 2017.
