FY18 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF AGM
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ('DTR') 4.1.3, Motorpoint announces that the following documents have been posted to shareholders and submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:
· FY18 Annual Report and Accounts;
· Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Motorpoint which will be held at 11.00am on Tuesday 24 July 2018 at Pride Park Stadium, Pride Park, Derby, DE24 8XL;
· Form of Proxy; and
· Letter to shareholders regarding the AGM and web communications.
In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(3) the FY18 Annual Report and Accounts and above mentioned documents are available to view or download on the Company's website at www.motorpointplc.com and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Its principal business is the sale of nearly-new vehicles, the majority of which are up to two years old and which have covered less than 15,000 miles.
