On 27 June 2016 Mary McNamara, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,500 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company at a price of 188p per share.

The Company was informed of the above transaction on 27 June 2016.

The transaction took place in the United Kingdom.
