Block Listing Application and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for the admission to trading and admission to the Official List of 194,023 new ordinary shares (the 'New Shares'). The New Shares are being issued following subscription for the shares, granted by the Company as part of the Motorpoint Group plc Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"). The New Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. Admission of the New Shares is expected to take place at 8.00 am on 6 July 2016.

Following admission, the Company advises that its capital will consist of 100,194,023 ordinary shares of 1 penny each as at 5 July 2016.

The total number of voting rights in the Company, post Admission of the New Shares, will be 100,194,023. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
