Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, hereby notifies the market that on 5 December 2016 Gordon Hurst, a Non Executive Director of Motorpoint, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 125 pence per share. This purchase results in Gordon Hurst being interested in a total of 65,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.065% of the 100,194,023 ordinary shares in the Company currently in issue.
