Mobile Streams plc (AIM: MOS) (the "Company" or "Mobile Streams"), today announces that Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams, has notified the Company today that he has sold 245,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 72.66 pence per Ordinary Share over the course of yesterday and today. Following the sale of these Ordinary Shares, Simon Buckingham holds 17,012,500 Ordinary Shares representing 46.44% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Simon Buckingham commented: "I have sold these shares for personal financial reasons and want to reiterate my belief in the strong long term prospects of the Company. As announced in the Company's full year trading update yesterday, the Company continues to enjoy record growth in revenues and profits and I remain excited by the Company's future opportunities."
