NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company announces that on 3 December 2012, a conditional award over 269,852 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") for no consideration was made under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan to John Kevin Jacobs. The number of Shares referred to above is the maximum available if the performance targets for the period, which commences on 1 January 2012 and ends on 31 December 2014, are met in full.
In addition, in connection with his recruitment to the Company, 71,950 Shares were acquired by John Kevin Jacobs on 4 December 2012 for no consideration by a transfer from the trustee of the Moneysupermarket.com Group plc Employee Benefit Trust, of which Mr Jacobs is a beneficiary.
