TLDH was notified on 10 June 2013 that as of that date Artemis Investment Management LLP on behalf of discretionary funds under management is directly interested 28,222,177 ordinary shares, and indirectly interested in 12,100,000 ordinary shares representing 4.35 per cent. and 1.86 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital respectively.
Accordingly, in aggregate Artemis Investment Management LLP is now interested in 40,322,177 TLDH's ordinary shares representing 6.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
