Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces that it was informed on 9 March 2015 that Michael Salazar, a director of the Company, acquired 219,625 ordinary shares at a price of 7.94p per ordinary share on 9 March 2015. As a result Michael Salazar is now interested in 1,630,000 ordinary shares representing 0.195 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
