Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM: MMX), the top-level domain registry company, announces that it has made the following purchase of ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 11 Nov 2020:

The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
Following the repurchase and cancellation of Ordinary Shares set out above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 886,384,004 Ordinary Shares, 5,837,160 of which are held in Treasury. For reporting under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, shareholders should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 880,546,844 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a change of their interest in the Company.
The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Programme.
