In accordance with Paragraph 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc (the 'Company') notifies the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital as at 31 October 2023 consisted of 165,644,278 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
