Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Directorate Changes

Mila Resources (LSE:MILA), the post-discovery exploration accelerator, is pleased to announce that all resolutions have been duly passed at the Company's AGM held earlier today.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has appointed Jonathan Evans, aged 46, as non-executive director with immediate effect. Jonathan is a corporate financier and has advised the company since the IPO and developed a detailed understanding of the Company and its portfolio. Jonathan qualified as a chartered accountant in 2006 at Grant Thornton and has established a long track record of advising mining companies on equity capital market matters during his career.

Additionally, Lindsay Mair (non-executive director) has given notice of his wish to resign from the Board. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Lindsay for his valuable contribution and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

As anticipated in its announcement on 5 November 2024, the Company has now outsourced its financial function, effective from 1 January 2025.

There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of UKLR 6.4.6R and UKLR 6.4.8R.
