Mila Resources Plc (LSE: MILA), the post-discovery gold exploration accelerator, announces that it will hold the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company ('AGM') at Arch Law Huckletree, 8 Bishopsgate, London, United Kingdom, EC2N 4BQ at 11:00am on 9 December 2025.
