Aberdeen Growth Opps VCT PLC20 December 2006 Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT PLC Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theDirectors of Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT PLC announce that the Company'scapital consists of 7,744,243 Ordinary shares with voting rights and 14,954,494C Ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares intreasury. The total number of voting rights is therefore 22,698,737, and this figure maybe used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which theydetermine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change totheir interest in, the Company's shares under the FSA's Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
