Appointment of Director
The Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Keith Pickering as a Non-executive Director with effect from 15 April 2015. Mr Pickering will also serve on the Company's Audit and Risk, Management Engagement, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
Mr Pickering is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He is a partner of Catalyst Corporate Finance, which he founded in 1998 along with two other partners. Keith leads the Construction sector team at Catalyst. He is also Chairman of, and leads the Construction sector team for Mergers Alliance, Catalyst's international partnership organisation. Over the last 16 years he has played a major role in the growth of Catalyst to its current market leading position.
Prior to founding Catalyst, Keith spent thirteen years at the successor firms of PwC and Deloitte, including a three year period in the Far East, operating out of Hong Kong.
In relation to this appointment, there is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 R.
