Portfolio Update and Unaudited Net Asset Value

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC (the Company) are pleased to confirm that, on 28 August 2015, the Company completed the disposal of its investment in Cash Bases Limited.

For contractual reasons, the Directors are not able to publish specific details of the transaction. However, as a result, the unaudited net asset value of the Company will increase by approximately 2.07p per share from the previously released figure of 88.8p per share as at 31 May 2015, adjusted for dividends of 5.50p paid subsequently, representing an uplift of 2.48%.
