Offer for subscription of Ordinary Shares

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC are pleased to announce that, pursuant to the Maven Income and Growth VCT Linked Offer which opened on 26 January 2010, the Company has today issued and allotted 1,755,827 Ordinary shares of 10 pence, and that the number of Ordinary shares in issue is now 29,211,517. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 75.3p per Ordinary share.

The 2010/2011 offer will remain open until 30 April 2010.
