Directors' Share Interests

The Company was informed on 2nd June 2009 of the following:

Pershing Nominees on trust for TW Indus Limited purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each at 10.625p per share on 2nd June 2009. TW Indus Limited is wholly owned by Mr Ilyas Khan a Director of the Company.

Pershing Nominees also holds 45,000 Ordinary Shares on trust for Mr Khan representing 0.07% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. 

Vidacos Nominees also holds 55,000 Ordinary Shares on trust for Mr Khan representing 0.09% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Following this transaction the total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Khan has a beneficial interest in is 150,000 representing 0.23% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Mr Alan Clarke, a Director of the Company purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each at 11.25p per share on 2nd June 2009 in his own name. Following this transaction the total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Clarke has an interest in is 39,112 representing 0.06% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Barclays Nominees Ltd on trust for Mr Simon Hull, a Director of the Company purchased 9,702 Ordinary Shares of 25p each at 11.70p per share on 2nd June 2009.

Barclays Stockbrokers Market Master Account also holds 3,342 Ordinary Shares on trust for Mr Hull.

Following this transaction the total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Hull has a beneficial interest is 13,044 representing 0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Mr Douglas Grant, Interim Finance Director (a non-board appointment) purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in his own name at 11.25p on 2nd June 2009.
