DirectorsΒ ShareΒ DealingΒ
The Company was informed onΒ 9Β JuneΒ 2008Β thatΒ STM Fidecs Nominees Limited,Β on trust for Rock Holdings Limited,Β purchasedΒ 10,000Β ordinary shares of 25p eachΒ in the CompanyΒ (the "Ordinary Shares") atΒ 74p per shareΒ onΒ 9Β JuneΒ 2008.
Following this transactionΒ the total Ordinary Shares held byΒ STMΒ Fidecs Nominees Limited on trust for Rock Holdings Limited is nowΒ 7,273,645 representing 14.34Β per cent.Β of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr Arron FΒ A Banks,Β Chief Executive Officer and DirectorΒ of the Company,Β is beneficially interested in 51 per cent. of the issued share capital of Rock Holdings Limited.
Mr Arron FΒ A Banks is also beneficially interested in 37.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited which holds 215,000 Ordinary Shares in its own name, with an additional 396,000 Ordinary Shares held byΒ STMΒ Fidecs Nominees Limited on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited. The aggregate of these holdings 611,000 Ordinary Shares represents 1.20 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The total Ordinary Shares in whichΒ MrΒ Arron FΒ A Banks hasΒ a beneficial interest in is 7,884,645 representing 15.54Β per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
