Tortilla Mexican Grill PLC ("Tortilla" or the "Group"), the largest and most successful fast-casual Mexican restaurant group in Europe, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 30 September 2025, Richard Haley has been appointed to the Board of Directors as Chief Financial Officer.
This follows the completion of all required regulatory and due diligence checks by Panmure Liberum, the Company's Nominated Adviser.
In accordance with Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Richard Austin Haley (aged 54 years) holds / has held the following directorships / partnerships in the last 5 years.
