Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority, the London Stock Exchange and the PLUS-Listed Market for an increase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in respect of the existing block listing relating to the Mears Unapproved Share Option Plan.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Admission and trading in the ordinary shares is expected to commence on 13 November 2012.
