Mears Group PLC (LSE: MER) announces that it has been notified that Mr Lucas Critchley, Executive Director, exercised options over 4,166 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 May 2023, at an exercise price of 216.0 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Critchley has an interest in 4,166 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.004 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
