Annual Financial Report 2023 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

The Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 (the "2024 Notice of Meeting") has today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5, a copy of the 2023 Annual Report in unedited full text is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

The 2023 Annual Report and 2024 Notice of Meeting are also available on the Company's website at https://www.mearsgroup.co.uk.

The 2024 Notice of Meeting and Form of Proxy Card are also being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and together with the Annual Report will be available for viewing shortly at https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.
