Total voting rights
The Company announces that it has issued and allotted 500,000 new ordinary shares as a result of the exercise of warrants granted to a consultancy firm in settlement of fees for financial advisory services (the "New Ordinary Shares"). The warrants were exercised at a price of 5p per share.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is anticipated that Admission will be effective on 14 December 2016. Admission in respect of 100,000 ordinary shares, issued for cash at the time of the placing of 12,000,000 ordinary shares announced on 20 July 2016, was effective on 6 December 2016.
The Company's share capital consists of 33,326,773 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 33,326,773. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
