Director/PDMR shareholdings
The Company announces that Felipe Simonsen (Finance Director) and Jean-Pascal Tranié (Senior Non-executive Director) have today acquired 18,000 shares and 60,000 shares respectively at 50p per share.
Felipe Simonsen and Jean-Pascal Tranié are now respectively interested in 18,000 shares and 710,000 shares, representing 0.05 per cent. and 1.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital respectively.
