Result of placing of 8,400,000 ordinary shares inMcBride plc by Copper Rock Capital Partners LLC

Copper Rock Capital Partners LLC today announces that it has sold 8,400,000 ordinary shares ("Placing Shares") in McBride plc ("McBride") at a price of 150 pence per share (the "Placing").

Liberum Capital Limited ("Liberum") acted as Sole Bookrunner in connection with the Placing.
