Notification and public disclosure of LTIP Awards to an Executive Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

McBride plc confirms that an allocation was granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan (the Plan) to an Executive Director and a PDMR as set out below. The awards were granted on 7 October 2019 and will vest at the end of a three-year period dependent upon the achievement of performance targets. The awards will not require any payment from the individuals.
