McBride plc ("McBride" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Igor Kuzniar as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. This appointment follows recent constructive discussions with Teleios Capital Partners LLC ("Teleios") regarding Board composition and governance considerations. Igor will join the Board and will become a member of the Nominations Committee and participate as an observer on both the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Igor is a Founding Partner of Teleios, an investment firm headquartered in Switzerland. Teleios is currently the largest shareholder in McBride with a shareholding of 28.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Before founding Teleios in 2013, Igor was a Partner at Octavian Advisors, an investment company. Prior to this, he worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company in Switzerland. Igor holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

McBride has been notified that there are no details to be disclosed in respect of Igor Kuzniar pursuant to Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
