Total voting rights
Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT), a leading provider of resource management mobile solutions to the enterprise market, announces that the Company's issued ordinary share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 438,969,415 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 438,969,415.
The above figure of 438,969,415 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
