Mobile Tornado Group plc ("Mobile Tornado" or the "Company")
Director Shareholding
The Company was today notified that Jeremy Fenn, Chief Executive Officer, sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.50p each and subsequently bought 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.50p each into his Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP"). Shares acquired by the SIPP remain under Jeremy Fenn's beneficial holding and hence there is no resultant change in his ultimate holding in the Company. Mr Fenn therefore continues to have an interest in 7,670,396 Ordinary Shares representing 3.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
